1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
3. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or a different item is delivered. We do not accept returns for change of mind or used/opened products.
4. How do I report a damaged or incorrect product?
Please email us at info@gpiindia.in within 3 days of delivery, along with your Order ID and clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
5. Who arranges the return pickup?
Once your return request is approved, ORUM will arrange the reverse pickup from your location.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days after successful pickup and inspection. It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Do you offer product exchanges?
Currently, ORUM does not offer exchanges. Eligible cases are resolved through refunds only.
