Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the ORUM website, a brand of Gupta Prime Industries Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation
  • Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners

1.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time may vary based on location, serviceability, and courier partner
  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
  • ORUM reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice

1.4 Delays

ORUM shall not be liable for delays caused due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Courier partner delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
  • Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be accepted

Customers are advised to verify order details carefully before placing an order.


3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, or
  • Product received is different from what was ordered

🚫 Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or opened products
  • Minor outer packaging damage not affecting product quality
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error

4. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  • Inform us within 3 days of delivery

  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos of the product
    • Images of outer packaging

Requests raised after 3 days from delivery will not be considered.


5. Reverse Pickup

  • Once approved, ORUM will arrange a reverse pickup
  • Product must be unused and returned with original packaging
  • If the returned product does not meet approval conditions, the return may be rejected

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 2 working days after successful pickup and inspection
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account
  • Timeline depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.


7. Exchange Policy

Currently, ORUM does not offer exchanges.
Eligible cases will be resolved through refunds only.


8. Failed or Undelivered Orders

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping may attract additional charges
  • ORUM is not responsible for delivery failure due to customer-provided errors
